Please read these terms carefully before using the p444 platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the p444 platform ("p444", "we", "us") and any person using this website or its services ("user", "you", "your").
By using the p444 website, app, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using p444 services.
p444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
Important: This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services on p444, users must meet the following conditions:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Each person may hold only one account.
- Must use their own real name, contact details, and payment information.
- Must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming under applicable local laws.
2.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
p444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your login credentials, unless it is directly caused by our own negligence.
2.3 Account Verification
p444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. It is the user's responsibility to provide the required documents for verification in a timely manner.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on p444 is ৳200. Deposits must be made through accepted payment methods. p444 currently supports the following payment methods:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All payments must come from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Slight delays may occur in cases of urgent verification or technical issues.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specifically approved.
Bonus-related Withdrawals: Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 for details.
3.3 Fraudulent Activity
If p444 determines that any transaction is fraudulent, related to money laundering, or part of any other illegal activity, the associated account will be immediately suspended or closed and funds may be seized.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
p444 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳18,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
A specific time limit applies to meet the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- While a bonus is active, not all bets may count equally — refer to the specific bonus terms.
- p444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
VIP Program & Rewards
p444's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on the player's activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may have its own withdrawal conditions.
p444 reserves the right to amend VIP terms at any time. Users will be notified before changes take effect.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p444 platform:
- Operating an account by or on behalf of a minor.
- Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain bonuses or gaming advantages.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Harassment or misconduct toward other users.
- Registering an account by providing false or misleading information.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, possible seizure of all funds, and legal action where applicable.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.3 Technical Errors

Limitation of Liability
p444 will not be liable in the following situations:
- Gameplay disruption due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or the user's own device.
- Delays or errors related to third-party software or payment providers.
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
- Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
In any situation, p444's total liability will be limited to the total deposit amount in the user's account at the time of the relevant event.
Account Closure & Service Termination
11.1 Closure by the User
Users may request to close their account at any time. All pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and remaining funds withdrawn before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by p444
In the event of a Terms violation, p444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. p444 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for the closure, however relevant funds will be returned under reasonable circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between p444 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. Users may submit any complaint to our support team via live chat or email ([email protected]).
If resolution through discussion is not possible, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the p444 website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of p444 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying these without prior written permission is prohibited.
Intellectual property rights related to game software are the property of their respective developers.
Amendments & Changes
p444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible. However, it remains the user's own responsibility to review this page regularly.
Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
